Terre Haute Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in the Terre Haute, Indiana area, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, basement insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and related services.
All services are subject to a written estimate and agreement prior to commencement of work. Scope of work, materials, and pricing will be specified in each written estimate or contract.
All estimates provided by Terre Haute Insulation are free of charge and represent our best assessment of the cost of the described work based on information available at the time of the estimate. Estimates are not binding contracts.
Final pricing may differ from an estimate if conditions discovered during or after work begins are materially different from those observed at the time of the estimate - for example, hidden moisture damage, structural issues, or changes to the scope of work requested by the customer. Any material changes to the agreed scope or pricing will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.
Written contracts or work orders will specify the agreed price, scope, and payment terms for each project.
Appointments for estimates and service work are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time by calling (812) 251-0473 or emailing team@terrehauteinsulation.com.
For scheduled service work, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may result in a cancellation fee to cover preparation and mobilization costs. Any such fee will be specified in the written agreement for the project.
Payment terms will be specified in the written estimate or contract for each project. Generally, payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. The deposit amount and conditions will be stated in the written agreement.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, and major credit cards unless otherwise stated. Payments not received within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee as specified in the written agreement.
If payment is not received, Terre Haute Insulation reserves the right to pursue collection through lawful means, including the recovery of reasonable attorney fees and collection costs as permitted under Indiana law.
Customers agree to provide accurate information about their property and the scope of work requested. Customers are responsible for clearing the work area of personal belongings before work begins, unless otherwise arranged with our team.
For insulation work involving chemicals such as spray foam, customers must follow re-entry instructions provided by our crew. Failure to comply with re-entry guidelines is solely the responsibility of the customer.
Customers must ensure that the work area is accessible and that any required permits obtained by the customer (if applicable) are in place before work begins.
Terre Haute Insulation stands behind the quality of our work. The specific warranty terms for each project will be stated in the written contract. Generally, we warrant that our work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards for a period specified in the contract.
Warranty coverage applies to defects in workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by customer modification, misuse, flooding, fire, or other events beyond our control. Material warranties, if applicable, are governed by the terms of the manufacturer.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Terre Haute Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website.
Our total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation shall be submitted to the appropriate courts in Vigo County, Indiana, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
